Velkommen til Danmarks største og hyggeligste fodboldstævne - kun for piger.

For 27. gang indbyder Fredericia fF til MADSBY PIGE CUP

Stævnet henvender sig både til for bredden og eliten.
Madsby Pige Cup har niveaudeling ved tilmelding i U11, U12, U13 og U14, hvor der kan tilmelde i enten A-række eller BC-række.
Vi oplever et stort pres på tilmeldingen til Madsby Pige Cup 2024. Vi opfordrer jer til at tilmelde jeres hold.
Vi tager løbende hold fra ventelisten, når vi finder overnatningsmuligheder.
Hold uden overnatning arrangeret af Madsby Pige Cup har større chance for at komme med, da vores overnatningskapacitet er presset.
Vi håber selvfølgelig at få plads til alle.

Holdtilmelding:
Holdtilmelding er bindende efter 1. april.
Ved framelding senere samt ved udeblivelse sker der ikke tilbagebetaling af holdgebyret.

Booking af deltagerkort:
Sidste frist for tilmelding af deltagere er 30. april 2024.
Ved booking af deltagere efter denne dato kan vi ikke garantere udlevering af T-shirts i de ønskede størrelser.

Alle spillere, trænere, ledere og øvrige skal tilmeldes for at modtage deltagerarmbånd til stævnet - inkl. den træner/leder pr. hold, der deltager gratis.
Deltagergebyr for gratis træner vil blive modregnet på jeres faktura.
For hold, der overnatter på skolerne, opkræves et depositum på kr. 500,00 pr. hold
Depositummet refunderes umiddelbart efter stævnet efter godkendelse af lokaler ved checkout.

Ændring/afbestilling af deltagere.
Mindre ændringer af tilmeldte deltagere kan ske indtil den 20. maj 2024.
Ved annullering – efter denne dato – samt ved udeblivelse sker der ikke tilbagebetaling af deltagergebyr.

Der ydes ikke økonomisk kompensation til hold, der mister kampe som følge af andre holds udeblivelse eller egen forsinkede fremkomst.

Madsby Pige Cups turneringsledelse har tilladelse til at fotografere alle deltagende hold. Disse billeder deles ikke offentligt og bliver slettet umiddelbart efter turneringen.

Deltagerne af Madsby Pige Cup kan blive fotograferet af Madsby Pige Cup, medier og Madsby Pige Cups samarbejdspartnere og blive brugt efterfølgende. Såfremt nogle deltagere eller forældre til disse ikke ønsker deltagelse i sådant materiale, skal det oplyses Madsby Pige Cup senest onsdag inden stævnet.
