Teamanmeldung
Die Teamanmeldung ist verbindlich.
Bei einer Absage – unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt – und bei Nichterscheinen wird kein Teil der Mannschaftsgebühr zurückerstattet.

Stornierung:
Eine Stornierung von angemeldeten Teilnehmern kann bis zum 20. Mai 2024 erfolgen.
Bei einer Absage – nach diesem Datum – und bei Nichterscheinen wird die Teilnahmegebühr nicht zurückerstattet.

Mannschaften, die Spiele aufgrund des Nichterscheinens anderer Mannschaften oder ihres eigenen verspäteten Erscheinens verlieren, wird kein finanzieller Ausgleich gewährt.

Alle Teilnehmer, einschließlich Trainer und zugehöriger Manager, müssen registriert sein, um Teilnehmerarmbänder für die Veranstaltung zu erhalten
1 Trainer/Manager pro Team nimmt kostenlos teil. Die Teilnahmegebühr für den kostenlosen Trainer wird automatisch von Ihrer Rechnung abgezogen.

Für Mannschaften, die in den Schulen übernachten, wird eine Kaution von DKK 500,00 erhoben. Die Kaution wird unmittelbar nach der Veranstaltung nach Genehmigung durch den Veranstaltungsort beim Check-out zurückerstattet.
